All payment methods are PCI compliant and support 3D Secure Checkouts. It ensures Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption of payment data.
Shopify Payments is also PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure Checkouts. Encryption of payment data is guaranteed.
You pay the way you prefer. With the various payment methods integrated into Shopify Payments, we can ensure a smooth checkout process.
If you wish to transfer the amount in advance, we will send you our bank details immediately. As soon as the invoice amount is transferred, we will start shipping the goods.

- Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method "Apple Pay" of Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment processing is carried out via the "Apple Pay" function of your terminal device operated with iOS, watchOS or macOS by debiting a payment card deposited with "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features built into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. In order to release a payment, it is therefore necessary to enter a code previously defined by you and to verify it using the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your terminal.
For the purpose of payment processing, your information provided during the ordering process, along with information about your order, will be transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment processing. The encryption ensures that only the website from which the purchase was made can access the payment information. After the payment is made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm the payment.
If personal data is processed in the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Apple retains anonymised transaction data, including the approximate amount of the purchase, the approximate date and time and whether the transaction was completed successfully. Anonymisation completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymised data to improve Apple Pay and other Apple products and services.
When you use Apple Pay on iPhone or the Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate through an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store this information in any format that can identify you personally. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone preferences. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and disable "Allow payments on Mac".

- Google Pay
If you choose the payment method "Google Pay" of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), the payment processing is carried out via the "Google Pay" application of your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and having an NFC function by charging a payment card deposited at Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). For the release of a payment via Google Pay in the amount of more than 25,- € the prior unlocking of your mobile device by the respective verification measure (e.g. face recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern) is required.
For the purpose of payment processing, your information provided during the ordering process, together with the information about your order, will be forwarded to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a unique transaction number to the source website, which is used to verify a payment. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your means of payment deposited with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a uniquely valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts merely as an intermediary to process the payment transaction. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by debiting the means of payment deposited with Google Pay.
If personal data are processed in the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, the merchant's location and description, a description provided by the merchant of the goods or services purchased, photos that you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or the sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper accounting, verification of transaction data and optimisation and maintenance of the functionality of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to combine the processed transaction data with other information which is collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

Prices and Payment Conditions
1. Unless otherwise stated in the Seller’s product description, prices indicated are total prices including the statutory sales tax. Delivery costs, where appropriate, will be indicated separately in the respective product description
2. Payment can be made using one of the methods mentioned in the Seller’s online shop.
3. In case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may incur in individual cases for which the Seller is not responsible and which have to be borne by the Client. This includes for example transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs). Such costs regarding money transfer may also incur, if delivery is not made in a country outside the European Union and the Client carries out the payment from a country outside the European Union.

PREISE UND ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
1. Sofern sich aus der Produktbeschreibung des Verkäufers nichts anderes ergibt, handelt es sich bei den angegebenen Preisen um Gesamtpreise, die die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer enthalten. Gegebenenfalls zusätzlich anfallende Liefer- und Versandkosten werden in der jeweiligen Produktbeschreibung gesondert angegeben.
2. Dem Kunden stehen verschiedene Zahlungsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, die im Online-Shop des Verkäufers angegeben werden.
3. Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union können im Einzelfall weitere Kosten anfallen, die der Verkäufer nicht zu vertreten hat und die vom Kunden zu tragen sind. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise Kosten für die Geldübermittlung durch Kreditinstitute (z.B. Überweisungsgebühren, Wechselkursgebühren) oder einfuhrrechtliche Abgaben bzw. Steuern (z.B. Zölle). Solche Kosten können in Bezug auf die Geldübermittlung auch dann anfallen, wenn die Lieferung nicht in ein Land außerhalb der Europäischen Union erfolgt, der Kunde die Zahlung aber von einem Land außerhalb der Europäischen Union aus vornimmt.
4. Ist Vorauskasse per Banküberweisung vereinbart, ist die Zahlung sofort nach Vertragsabschluss fällig, sofern die Parteien keinen späteren Fälligkeitstermin vereinbart haben.
5. Bei Auswahl einer über den Zahlungsdienst „PayPal“ angebotenen Zahlungsart erfolgt die Zahlungsabwicklung über PayPal, wobei sich PayPal hierzu auch der Dienste dritter Zahlungsdienstleister bedienen kann. Sofern der Verkäufer über PayPal auch Zahlungsarten anbietet, bei denen er gegenüber dem Kunden in Vorleistung geht (z. B. Rechnungskauf oder Ratenzahlung), tritt er seine Zahlungsforderung insoweit an PayPal bzw. an den von PayPal beauftragten und dem Kunden konkret benannten Zahlungsdienstleister ab. Vor Annahme der Abtretungserklärung des Verkäufers führt PayPal bzw. der von PayPal beauftragte Zahlungsdienstleister unter Verwendung der übermittelten Kundendaten eine Bonitätsprüfung durch. Der Verkäufer behält sich vor, dem Kunden die ausgewählte Zahlungsart im Falle eines negativen Prüfungsergebnisses zu verweigern. Bei Zulassung der ausgewählten Zahlungsart hat der Kunde den Rechnungsbetrag innerhalb der vereinbarten Zahlungsfrist bzw. in den vereinbarten Zahlungsintervallen zu bezahlen. Er kann in diesem Fall nur an PayPal bzw. den von PayPal beauftragten Zahlungsdienstleister mit schuldbefreiender Wirkung leisten. Der Verkäufer bleibt jedoch auch im Falle der Forderungsabtretung zuständig für allgemeine Kundenanfragen z. B. zur Ware, Lieferzeit, Versendung, Retouren, Reklamationen, Widerrufserklärungen und -zusendungen oder Gutschriften.

Die Zahlungstransaktion wird unmittelbar danach von „SOFORT“ durchgeführt und das Bankkonto des Kunden belastet. Für den Versand inklusive Verpackung innerhalb des deutschen Festlandes berechnen wir pauschal für ein ungerahmtes kleineres Format bis 30 x 60 cm pro Bestellung 20,00 Euro und für ein Format darüber hinaus pro Bestellung 39,00 Euro.
Im Versandpreis inklusive sind eine Kunsttransportversicherung, die Verpackung, sowie die Versandkosten.
Für ein gerahmtes Werk in größerem Format berechnen wir pauschal 59,00 Euro. Für sehr große Formate bis zu 1,20 m Länge (inklusive Verpackung) berechnen wir pauschal 75,00 Euro. Im Versandpreis inklusive sind eine Kunsttransportversicherung, die Verpackung, sowie die Versandkosten.
Sollten Sie mehrere gerahmte Fotografien in einem Paket bestellen, oder ein gerahmtes Werk und ein ungerahmtes Werk, so ergibt sich ein Versandpreis, der automatisch kalkuliert wird. Der Versandpreis richtet sich nach Volumengewicht und Größe. Dieser Preis kann vor dem Kauf in der Kalkulationstabelle berechnet werden.
Wünschen Sie zwei extra Pakete, empfehlen wir zwei gesonderte Bestellungen. Sollten zwei Bestellungen nicht gleichzeitig versendet werden können, informieren wir Sie rechtzeitig vorher.
Sperrgut berechnen wir mit 85,00 Euro inklusive Verpackung.
Versand außerhalb Deutschlands
Wir versenden innerhalb der EU, sowie auch außerhalb der EU. Der Versand erfolgt per DHL Express. Der Versand beginnt je nach Größe und Gewicht und Land ab 50,00 EUR inklusive Verpackung für EU Zone 1. Bitte entnehmen Sie siehe untenstehender Matrix die genauen Kosten für Ihr Land (Zone1 bis Zone 7). Sie können auch im Checkout Prozess Ihre Postleitzahl eingeben und der Versand berechnet sich dann automatisch anhand Ihrer PLZ.
Die jeweils anfallenden Versandkosten können Sie der unten angegebenen Matrix entnehmen und im Warenkorb in der Kalkulationstabelle erfragen.
Sollten Sie den Versand in ein anderes Land wünschen, dann schreiben Sie uns bitte vor einer Bestellung eine E-Mail (Email-Adresse einfügen) und nennen Sie uns bitte den Artikel mit der Menge und der Lieferadresse mit dem Land und der entsprechenden Postleitzahl.
Wir werden Ihnen dann kurzfristig mitteilen, ob wir auch in das gewünschte Land versenden können und Ihnen – sollte eine Lieferung an die gewünschte Lieferadresse möglich sein – die Versandkosten mitteilen, da wir die Versandmöglichkeit und die Kosten vorab bei unserem Versandpartner erfragen müssen.
